Multi-tenant AI sales agent
Rachel answers leads on email, text, voice, web chat, and Instagram or Facebook DMs. She quotes from your real pricing, books on your real calendar, and hands off to a human the moment she is not sure. She runs on your AI key, your mailbox, and your phone number, so the reputation she builds is yours.
One agent, one memory, every channel
A call, a text, and an email from the same person are one conversation with one memory.
Working with
The problem
It books meetings and nothing else. Every real question about price, dates, or terms goes to a human, so the speed you bought never arrives.
It invents a price, promises a date nobody checked, or discounts its way to a deal you would not have signed. One bad answer in writing is expensive.
Rachel is built for the narrow path between those. She is allowed to sell, and she is constrained in the places where being wrong costs money.
How it works
Your choice of Anthropic, OpenAI or Moonshot, using your own account and your own key. We validate it live against the provider and list only the models your key can actually reach.
Rachel asks about the business one question at a time and drafts your business context and operations for you to review. Gaps are marked, never invented.
Quote, discount, close, and the floor she can never go under. Everything starts closed and you open it deliberately.
Setup finishes armed but paused. Nothing goes out until you flip one switch.
Why Rachel is different
Your AI key, your mailbox, your Twilio account, your number, your 10DLC registration. We are never the sender of record, so your reputation is yours and another customer's mistakes cannot touch you.
Every price, fact, and date in a draft has to trace back to your knowledge base or a tool result. If it does not, the message does not go out. If the gate cannot read its own verdict, it rejects rather than guessing.
A discount floor enforced inside the agent is enforced by something a prospect can argue with. Ours refuses in the database, whoever asks and however the request is phrased. The agent is never told the floor, and the refusal never names a number.
When she is unsure, the prospect gets a short holding line you wrote. What she wanted to say goes to a reviewer instead of to your customer.
One check in the database decides whether any message may go out. No consent record means no send. A CSV import never grants consent. A STOP on one channel stops every channel.
Stop everything within one queue poll. Afterwards, see who opened which permission, who moved the floor, and when.
How she closes
She prices from your catalogue, sends the quote, and takes the signature. The floor still refuses in the database.
The quote is held and you get a text. A YES from your approval phone releases it. Nothing else does.
She books time and never quotes. The quote tools refuse in the agent and refuse again in the database.
This is one setting, and you can change it whenever you want.
